RoleWe are looking for a servant leader and coach for an Agile team who:facilitates team events and processes and supports teams and ARTs in meeting their delivery goals and in delivering value.educates the team in Scrum, Built-in-Quality, Kanban, and SAFe and ensure that the agreed Agile processes are followed.helps remove impediments and foster an environment for high-performing team dynamics, continuous flow, and relentless improvement.You are responsible for facilitating agile events like reviews, retrospectives, tracking progress and support the RTE in the facilitation of the ART events.You coach at the team level, and provide guidance in methodologies like Scrum, ScrumBan, DevSecOps, and Kanban.Responsibilities:Planning, coordination, and deliveryWork with the RTE of the ART and lead the teams on the implementation and optimization for the SAFe methodology within the teams and ART. Ensure the quality and timeliness of deliverables in the team by identifying and managing dependencies and risks between your teams and other teams. Ensure your teams are briefed on upcoming Features by Product Owners, Product managers, Business owners and other stakeholders to prepare for the PI planning. Manages and optimizes the flow of value within your teams using a variety of tools and methods, eliminating bottlenecks, delays and waste. Support the RTE in the execution of Planning increments (PIs). Ensure backlogs are complete, relevant, and in alignment with strategic objectives and follows DoR and DoD standards. Ensure the team’s work aligns with the broader objectives of the ART and the organization.Facilitation & coachingFacilitates and drives team ceremonies like backlog refinement, sprint planning, team sync, reviews, and retrospectives. Support the RTE with facilitating PI planning, PO sync, coach sync, ART sync, system demos, and inspect and adapt sessions. Measure and improve the team’s performance (maturity) through clearly defined metrics Coach/advise management and team members in Lean-Agile practices, mindset, and execution Coach and support the team in applying the agile way of working (Scrum, KanBan, ScrumBan) that fits best with the type of work they have. Coach and support your teams in becoming high performing.Communication and collaborationServe as the primary point of contact for all ART stakeholders. Support the PO in managing the product backlog ensuring that it reflects the team’s priorities and commitments Foster collaboration between the team and the RTE, ensuring that team progress and challenges are communicated effectively. Identify and resolve conflicts that impede the team’s progress. Encourage a culture of continuous improvement by facilitating regular retrospectives and implementing feedback. Communicate the vision, goals, and progress to the team ensuring they understand how their work contributes to the overall success.LeadershipAct as a mediator and coach, helping the team members find constructive solutions to disagreements. Hold the team accountable for their commitments and help them deliver high quality work on time, by fostering a culture of responsibility and ownership. Develop and maintain a high level of team morale and cohesion. Drive an empower the team self-organize and self-manage.About You:5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in a SAFe environment or similar role within an agile environment. Strong understanding of SAFe principles and practices, with a focus on flow metrics.Technical awareness with good domain knowledgeGood facilitation, coaching, and mentoring skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Good communication and interpersonal skills.Strong knowledge in Agile tools and metrics tracking.An understanding of the phases of software delivery (SDLC)Ability to motivate teamsAbility to think beyond day-to-day activities and apply system thinking An agile mindsetCertifications:ScrumMaster, SAFe Scrum Master, SAFe Practitioner, or equivalent is a plus
