Your opportunity

  • Collaborate with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, analysts, architects, and developers to translate requirements into Epics and User Stories

  • Ability to assist teams in breaking down complex problems into actionable steps and manageable pieces of work

  • Source and analyze data from across the TDLC (Technology Delivery Life Cycle) to inform design, build training materials, and provide user support

  • Partner with the TDLC Process team to:

  • craft end to end test plans and coordinate user testing when releasing enhancements in conjunction with other teams

  • maintain a centralized space for JHI’s agile best practices, process overview, and TDLC tooling guides and TDLC Knowledge base

  • estimate work and engage in capacity driven planning

  • record and escalate risks and issues impacting the team’s current commitments.

  • continuously improve how we plan and deliver as a team

  • Learn JHI Product Management and Technology Development Life Cycle (TDLC) processes and best practices

  • Carry out additional duties as assigned.

    Must have skills

  • 1-3 years of proven analyst experience; from requirements gathering, writing, and executing test cases, presenting (demos) and obtaining sign-off from technical and business stakeholders.

  • Good collaboration skills and knowledge of servant leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continuous improvement, team empowerment, and increasing transparency.

  • Strong analytical skills

  • Ability to adapt to new tools, technologies, and evolving business needs.

  • Highly motivated & ability to learn fast.

  • Desire to learn and grow as a professional

  • Sound written and verbal communication skills

  • Highly developed interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships.

  • Familiarity with MS Office tools.

  • Technologies you will be using:

  • Atlassian Suite – Jira/Confluence, Atlassian Analytics

  • Experience with SQL or JQL

  • Experience with Agile ways of working; scrum master experience a plus

  • Understanding of common software delivery practices
