We’re seeking a talented Account Executive to drive growth and manage a diverse customer and prospect portfolio within our newly established UK Growth Markets Team. If you’re a passionate sales professional with a talent for building relationships, crafting strategic sales plans, and closing impactful deals, this role is made for you!

What you will do:
-Drive Growth: Manage a portfolio of larger-profile customers and explore new prospects within Growth Markets.
-Build Strong Relationships: Develop and nurture connections with customers to secure additional business, leveraging your consultative sales approach.
-Sales Strategies: Create and implement effective sales plans to introduce new sales opportunities and cross-sell Colt’s innovative services and solutions.
-Revive Dormant Customers: Rebuild relationships with inactive customers by offering tailored solutions that meet their current needs and bring them back on board.
-Customer Engagement: Develop a comprehensive contact strategy to ensure engagement across all levels within the customer’s organisation.
-Collaborate & Succeed: Work closely with colleagues across multiple functions to deliver the best solutions and services to our customers.

What we’re looking for:
-Previous experience in a consultative sales environment (tech would be great or a growth mindset if not!).
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
-A passion for technology and an eagerness to learn about new products and solutions.
-Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
-Proactive, results-driven mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.
-Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
