French Speaking – Technical Support Specialist – Video [Video en Netwerken] in Belgium

We are looking for a driven individual to expand our Technical Support department. You will provide pre- and post-sales support for Fire systems. You will ensure accurate and professional documentation and recording of all activities and communications. The goal is to drive service success that improves customer satisfaction, maximizes customer retention, and increases profitability.

This position can be based from Breda or Bruges ADI’s office location.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Handle technical inquiries regarding the sale of Fire systems and components.

• Respond to incoming support requests via email and phone.

• Provide support to internal and external sales teams.

• Log all communications in a CRM system.

• Contact suppliers for technical product questions.

• Provide product training for customers.

• Opportunity to visit customers on-site to assist with product implementation and troubleshooting.

• Evaluate new products and provide feedback to Category Managers.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Extensive experience with Fire Systems.

• Good communication skills in both Dutch and French.

• Reside near Loppem or Breda or be willing to travel.

• Service-oriented, customer-friendly, entrepreneurial, and professional.
