Our team delivers project executional excellence through advanced planning digital tools, effective control, and compliance.Take ownership for successful customer deliveryIn this role you will be responsible for flawless project execution through effective coordination of activities and resources. Working on projects with cutting-edge technology, you will contribute to innovative technology injection projects in a complex and interesting technical environment. You will ensure every detail is meticulously planned to deliver successful projects to our customers.As a Project Planner & Controller, you will be responsible for:

  • Overseeing project implementation to ensure accurate integration of work packages and constraints in to planning scenarios
  • Executing Project administration from kick off to the end of warranty, ensuring that the projects deliverables are updated
  • Monitoring project process to update and produce accurate and timely report projections for customers and cross-functional teams
  • Support the commercial team elaborating delivery schedule to meet customer needs aligned with installation plans and scheduled shutdowns
  • Supporting the Project Manager to achieve financial targets focusing on portfolio linear convertibility and regular update of billing milestones
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to share knowledge and updates for design and prepare, when needed, a mitigation plan
  • Keeping track of project financial milestones related to billing & sales events and preparing forecast projections and target Vs actual gap analysis.

Fuel your passionTo be successful in this role you will:

  • Have a degree from an accredited college or university
  • Have desired experience of managing complex projects within an energy, manufacturing, or industrial environment.
  • Be familiar with digital planning tools (e.g., Primavera P6, Oracle) and planning theory to manage and interpret project plans
  • Be able to speak and write in English (advanced level).
  • Demonstrate an aptitude for building and maintaining trusted relationships within a global-matrix environment
  • Be detail-oriented with good written and verbal communication skills
  • Be self-motivated to deliver to deadlines with a flexible approach to problem solving without compromising detail or quality
  • Have an analytical mind to be able to understand analytics and be able to suggest improvements
