All underpinned by technology created with purpose.YOUR ROLEAs a GenAI Strategy Consultant, you will guide clients in leveraging GenAI across their organization.​
Help define strategy and lead the AI transformation roadmap through thorough reviews of current state, collaborate with stakeholders in identifying KPIs, success metrics.With your technical expertise in AI/GenAI, python, hyperscalers, data & BI, lead the experimentations to prove the hypothesis, including advise on technology selection, prioritization and scaling strategies.​
Must have some experience with M365 or GitHub CoPilot. Led CoPilot Pilot & scaled implementations, working closely with business and technology teams as a CoPilot experienced consultant.​YOUR TASKS

• As a trusted partner of our clients, identify use cases, conduct workshops at different levels, deep dive assessments, help design scalable solutions, drive change to accelerate adoption, innovation, help gain value and efficiency.​
• Collaborate with client and Capgemini advisory & technology team to design & define organizational AI/GenAI strategy.​
• Conduct deep dive analysis of existing processes, policies and procedures.​
• Lead workshops to identify potential use cases, and necessary elements (data, tech stack, etc.) to retrieve tangible results, value and impact.​
• Ensure the solutions and roadmap is inline with the legal, compliance with regulatory standards.​
• Help define a charter with ways to measure & monitor KPIs, feedback, quality and maturity assessments.​
• As a GenAI technology, hyperscaler and platform advisor, lead necessary change & upskilling initiatives to accelerate adoption.​
• Ensure defined GenAI strategy is developed for scalability.​

YOUR PROFILE

• Experience working with GenAI – minimum 3 months
• Knowledge and some experience of GenAI, NLP, computer vision, or other AI domains.​
• Experience in a data and AI-focused consulting or advisory role.​
• Familiarity with Responsible AI principles, frameworks and regulatory acts globally.​
• Experience defining and driving change strategy in large organizations.​
• Excellent communication skills including ability to communicate and define/demo technology solutions to client stakeholders and technology teams.​
• Strong individual contributor with ability to guide team and senior leadership towards a value driven roadmap.​
