Operational Marketing Lead – Southern Europe

This role works closely with the Communications Director to elaborate the annual marketing and communication strategy, to drive the growth of the brand equity across Southern Europe cluster, ensuring a proper coordination among all internal stakeholders and all touchpoints.

Responsibilities: 

  • Lead the annual business plan presentation for the department.
  • Define the marketing strategy across all touchpoints: media, pr, influencer community, events…
  • Develop comprehensive 360° strategies for new store openings to ensure foot traffic and conversion.
  • Work closely with department stores to ensure synergies and grow visibility.
  • Maintain a strong understanding and analysis of competitors within the competitive jewelry landscape 
  • Proactively collaborate in the follow-up of the communication budget 

Skills & experience required: 

  • 5+ years of relevant experience in the field, preferably gained in multinational contest at region/global level. 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to communicate across the organization at all levels. 
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Strong planning and organizational skills with a sense of priority and attention to details 
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to adapt well to change and multi-task 
  • Has an enthusiasm to proactively present learnings and suggest new ideas. 
  • Proficiency in Italia and English, any additional language is an appreciated plus.
  • Proficiency in Office and presentation tool
