JOB DESCRIPTION
- Coordination of all the Chocolate Academy initiatives
- Guide and support the Chocolate Academy Chefs activities
- Identify and develop Chocolate Academy Partners/Sponsors agreements (contributions and activities)
- Plan and ensure the execution the yearly educational program
- Ensure the execution of the yearly training program towards internal sales team, external agents network, external chefs and our distribution partners sales & technical teams
- Guarantee a perfect execution of the Inspirational and Co-Creation days towards all typology of customers
- Create and develop all the new product applications per segment in coordination with Marketing
- Ensure the local development of Global brands identifying the right initiatives to support the sales development of the brand
- Ensure the right connection among Marketing and Technical teams
- Transpose the Global Marketing initiatives about the Chocolate Academy Community
- Develop digital strategy for Chocolate Academy with marketing department
- Support and organize the national fairs and events together with marketing and sales manager
- Plan and monitor the evolution of the Chocolate Academy costs in collaboration with the Lead chef of the region
- Establish and develop the connection with the influent italian chefs and association
- Keep the relationship with the most important national Professional Schools and all universities
- Select promising stagiaires
- Based in Milan – Italy
EDUCATION, LANGUAGE, SKILLS & TECHNICAL QUALIFICATIONS
- Degree in Food Technology / Gastronomy Science is nice to have
- 10y+ of experience in Pastry , Confectionary , Bakery and ice-cream or horeca is a plus
- Skills: digital initiatives ; communication ; office (powerpoint – excel – word) ; google
- Team management experience is a must
- Language : Italian (native), English (full proficiency). Any other European language is a plus.
ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE & KNOWLEDGE / TECHNICAL OR FUNCTIONAL COMPETENCIES
- Deep knowledge of pastry and confectionery techniques
- Degustation and food pairing skills
- Knowledge of B2B market and production organization of pastry business, pastry shops, hotels , restaurants and chocolate shops
- Basic knowledge of food manufacturing, chains, key accounts, instore bakery business organization
- Strong communication & public speaking skills
- Experience of working in a multi-cultural international environment
- Strong business acumen
