We are seeking a reliable and proactive Medical Affairs Administrative Assistant to join our team in Denmark. If you’re organized, detail-oriented, and thrive in a collaborative environment, we would love to hear from you!Role Summary: In this role, you will provide essential administrative support to our Medical Affairs (MA) team, helping ensure everything runs smoothly. This position reports directly to the Country Medical Director Denmark and offers a unique chance to be part of a diverse and inclusive workplace.Please submit your resume and a cover letter detailing your relevant experience by December 6th.Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and administer core medical affairs activities, including consultancy meetings and medical education events.
- Process purchase orders, payment requests, and manage budgets using SAP.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for external collaborators, ensuring clear communication and compliance with local requirements.
- Liaise between MA global teams and local collaborators to facilitate operational efficiency and compliance.
- Optimize operating procedures to enhance overall productivity.
- Help onboard new hires in the Medical Affairs team.
- Manage ad-hoc projects initiated by the Medical Affairs team.
- Adhere to all internal and external ethical standards during the execution of your responsibilities.
Essential Qualifications:
- High school diploma.
- Experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
- 3+ years of administrative experience supporting multiple stakeholders.
- Strong communication skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to handle difficult situations effectively.
- Have an excellent attention to details and ability to prioritize.
- Proficiency in Danish and English, with advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience with SAP for processing financial documents.
