The role is primarily within the Intelligence Exchange family of products, which in addition to Intelligence Exchange includes Revenue Integrity, Proration Engine, Qik and Travel Data Platform.The aspirational vision for Intelligence Exchange is to provide best in class AI/ML powered Situational Awareness capabilities based on Offers, Orders and multiple other data domains to all vendors of travel content, while continuing to be the market leading product for multi-content data integration and process automation currently used by many of the world’s most influential airlines.The Lead Product Manager for Intelligence Exchange will support growth strategies and market opportunity expansion by being responsible for full product lifecycle activities for select new capabilities and technologies, such as agency and cross-airline features and adoption of AI/ML. This includes feasibility assessment, roadmap creation, investment planning, go-to-market plans and roadmap execution.Role and Responsibilities:

  • Drive product vision & strategy, business requirements documentation and analysis
  • Ensure alignment to technology strategy throughout product life cycle
  • Manage product area’s investment decisions, scope, roadmap, priorities
  • Understand/monitor product’s competitive and market landscape
  • Support sales engineering and commercial/delivery/care teams
  • Write scrum team stories, acceptance criteria
  • Create, refine, prioritize scrum team’s backlog, and accept work
  • Attend scrum ceremonies and provide guidance to scrum teams
  • Conduct demos (internal or external, as needed)

Qualifications and Education Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience working with Airline and/or Agency technology
  • Business and technology-oriented, with a strong product and functional background
  • Knowledge of emerging trends in travel retailing and e-commerce (such as AI/ML, dynamic offers, etc.)
  • Knowledge of emerging Cloud platform capabilities and technologies, e.g. GCP
  • Tech-savvy, ability to engage with Engineering colleagues to drive technical solutions
  • Abundant curiosity to delve into unfamiliar areas and quickly become proficient
  • Ability to present a compelling solution to a business need that is grounded in technology
  • Ownership mindset of individual and team objectives; with both tactical and strategic thinking to ensure measurable results
  • Ability to work independently and resolve professional, technical or operational project challenges in a creative, methodical manner
  • Comfortable working in a team-oriented, highly collaborative virtual environment that is geographically distributed
  • Ability to successfully navigate in a multi-stakeholder environment where there are often competing priorities, goals and challenges across our diverse set of internal and external customers and partners
  • Excellent self-organization skills, with the ability to manage and prioritize several projects in parallel
  • Solid written and verbal English communications skills, comfortable presenting or demonstrating technology in front of groups at all levels of an organization
  • Bachelors/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, related fields
  • Experience with software development process with Java, C++, SQL is a plus
