To meet this commitment, we are seeking applications for the position of Research Integrity Manager.As a Research Integrity Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring your team reaches its targets focused on quality control and for handling publication ethics issues for Frontiers submissions and articles. In addition to these responsibilities, you will carry out daily tasks that are the responsibility of the Research Integrity Team, including quality checks and investigations into potential or suspected breaches of publishing ethics.Key ResponsibilitiesManage a team of research integrity specialists and monitor their progress towards defined targets.Train new team members, provide performance feedback and conduct appraisals.Suggesting process optimization and product development requirements, and driving continuous improvementsScreen submissions for quality criteria and follow up on cases as needed including investigating post-publication concerns.Communicate with researchers and academics regarding ethical issues related to scholarly publishing.Oversee the planning, execution and completion of projects related to the Frontiers Research Integrity teamAbout youSolid experience in an operational role, preferably in academic/STM publishing.Experience in publication ethics or research integrity in academia or ideally academic publishing.Line management or mentoring experience would be an advantage.Fluent in English and strong communications skills including the ability to be firm but conciliatory in dealing with stakeholders.Strong project management, problem-solving skills and experience working with targets and deadlines.Educated to a MSc or ideally PhD level or equivalent.Your application should include your updated CV and CLApply nowPlease click the ‘apply’ button on this page and submit your application in English.Please inform us if you require any special accommodations to participate fully in our recruitment experience.
