Are you the business analyst we’re looking for to elevate our (financial) processes and systems? In this role, you play a crucial part in identifying and capitalizing on improvement potential within our organization. You’ll examine and analyze current processes and systems to detect inefficiencies and bottlenecks. Based on your findings, strategic decisions will be made within our Information Provision (IV) framework. You look beyond technical solutions alone, finding the optimal balance between different working methods, whether they are automated, semi-automated, or manual.Using a well-founded business case, you’ll identify the most effective solution, taking into account the necessary investments in people and resources. Your goal is to achieve sustainable and efficient team deployment. You’ll initiate, specify, and monitor the scope of solutions and adjustments, and you’ll oversee the implementation of new processes and functionalities, ensuring they are thoroughly tested for accuracy and usability.Your excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential when identifying improvement potential and presenting solution strategies. With your sharp analytical skills, you can distinguish between main issues and minor details, presenting the core of a problem clearly and convincingly to various stakeholders. You thrive in a rapidly changing environment, quickly adapting and finding it natural to continuously develop yourself.Requirements:
- Demonstrable bachelor’s or master’s degree work and thinking level, preferably in a relevant financial field such as business economics, business administration, or process management.
- At least 3-5 years of relevant work experience as a business analyst.
- Experience in a financial environment with a project-based approach, working with figures, data analysis, and IV-related solutions.
- Experience in improving business processes and acting as an operational point of contact within a team.
Preferences:
- Experience working within a government implementation organization is preferred.
- Extensive experience as a business analyst.
- Experience in guiding and implementing new processes.
- Experience working in fast-changing environments.
