Job description

Multinational Medical Devices company is looking for a Training Coodinator for a one contract year, based in Madrid.Reporting to the Training Manager, your main tasks will be:

• To coordinate Training and Medical Education activities, in collaboration with the Training Manager, the Medical faculty and the local organizations.
• Administrative and logistical management of training courses communications, registrations & allocations, logistics, welcome packs, compliance & contracting paperwork, liaison with speakers, training materials, course content legal and regulatory approval.
• Support training material management with tracking, maintenance and logistic.
• Tracking, preparation and presentation KPI metrics.

Multinacional Medical Devices company|EMEA project

• Experience in medical education environment.
• Experience in Medical Devices Industry is a plus.
• Fluent in English (C1).
• Ability to work within an international environment.
• Willing to travel 10%.

Expected salary
