Agile skills

  • Basic understanding of Agile principles, methodologies and events
  • Advanced communication and negotiation skills
  • Advanced facilitation skills and knowledge on team dynamics and coaching
  • Capable of handling distributed teams spread geographically – two or more countries in various time zones
  • Help the Agile team manage their progress via transparent backlog and board overviews
  • Solve impediments independently in own SVP area
  • Help the Agile team and other roles prepare and align expectations before events
  • Help vendor selection initiatives in cooperation with Procurement and onboard vendors and customers into Agile ways of working
  • Participate in budgeting cycles for the Agile team
  • Ensure short- and long term capacity and capability planning in collaboration with People Leader
  • Advanced experience in how to build and support a learning culture in the Agile team – increase knowledge, cut complexity and be innovative

Agile toolbox

  • Advanced knowledge on Agile tools e.g. Scrum, Kanban, SAFe XP and DevOps
  • Advanced experience working in an Agile team context in a large and complex organisation

Innovation and change

  • Be a role model of Agile ways of working and continuously drive Agile improvements
  • Ensure learning and continuous improvement in the Agile team and Scrum Master community as well as secure training execution in alignment with People Leader

Experiences:

  • Experience in Lean-Agile methodologies
  • Experience with technical IT delivery as Developer, Tester or similar preferred
  • Elementary understanding of team dynamics and facilitation
  • Practical experience with Agile tools or techniques (e.g. shadowing another Scrum Master)
  • Capable of handling a co-located team
  • Understand the Agile mindset and culture
  • Working in ADO – Azure
