Job Overview:
We are looking for a skilled Band 6 Neuro Occupational Therapist to join the team at Lewisham and Greenwich NHS Trust. This role focuses on providing specialist therapy for patients with neurological conditions, helping them achieve optimal function and independence.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage a varied caseload of patients with neurological conditions, delivering evidence-based therapy interventions.
* Perform comprehensive assessments and develop individualized rehabilitation plans.
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver holistic care.
* Support patients in achieving functional goals related to mobility, self-care, and independence.
* Provide education and support to patients, families, and carers.
* Maintain accurate and timely patient records in line with NHS standards.

Key Requirements:

* HCPC registration as an Occupational Therapist.
* Proven NHS experience in neurorehabilitation or managing neurological caseloads.
* Strong understanding of neurological conditions and their impact on daily living.
* Excellent communication, organizational, and teamwork skills.
* Commitment to delivering high-quality patient-centered care.
