As an ICT Teacher, you will have the opportunity to teach students across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4, helping them develop a solid understanding of computer science, digital literacy, and technology applications. Your lessons will inspire students to become confident, critical thinkers in the digital world, equipping them with the skills needed for future success. You will be part of an exciting and supportive team, working in a collaborative and innovative environment.Key responsibilities include:
Delivering engaging and high-quality ICT lessons across a variety of topics, including programming, digital media, and web development
Planning and creating dynamic lesson plans that meet the needs of all students, from beginner to advanced levels
Assessing student progress, providing constructive feedback, and supporting their academic growth
Encouraging students to explore and develop their digital skills through hands-on learning and real-world applications
Creating a positive, inclusive, and collaborative classroom atmosphere where all students can thrive About You
We are looking for an ICT teacher who:
Has a passion for ICT and a strong desire to share that knowledge with students
Holds QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) and a relevant degree in ICT, Computer Science, or a related field
Has experience teaching ICT at Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 (ideal, but not essential)
Is enthusiastic, innovative, and able to make ICT exciting and accessible to all students
Possesses excellent communication skills, with a commitment to building strong relationships with students
