Warehouse Operator

The Sensient Flavors team are looking for a Counterbalance and reach Fork Lift Truck driver to support the Shift Support Leader in running a busy Warehouse department, making sure that all instructions and procedures are followed for the movement of flavor products in accordance with quality procedures, food hygiene, Good Manufacturing Practices, SOPs and EHS Safety Standards.

What you’ll do:

• Work cross functionally within the department and other areas of the business
• Follow and maintain all current inspection systems, procedures & schedules to ensure that the highest standards of housekeeping, product quality and safety are maintained
• Improve productivity and performance to maintain and increase our On Time/In Full delivery
• Be self-motivated and work independently, as well as being part of a team
• Demonstrate the correct and safe behaviors at all times to positively contribute to the overall warehouse team

What you’ll bring:

• Experience of working in a warehouse environment within the food, pharmaceutical or chemical industry
• Experience working with and knowledge of dangerous goods movement
• Counterbalance and reach FLT licenses (essential)
• Ability to work shifts
