Customer: important textile company, with presence in international markets, specialised in recycled fibres needs to incorporate.Position: Compensation & Benefits and International MobilityLocation: MadridFunctions:
- Compensation and Benefits: Design and implement the rewards strategy with the support of an external consultancy. Develop and manage compensation and benefits programs that attract, motivate, and retain employees, while ensuring competitive and fair compensation structures.
- Global Payroll and Benefits Administration: Collaborating with local HR teams and external service providers to oversee global payroll and benefits administration. Ensuring accurate and timely processing of payroll, tax compliance, and administration of employee benefits programs across different countries.
- HRIS/HRM Management: Implement and maintain the company’s HRIS/HRM system ensuring the accurate and efficient capture, storage, retrieval, and reporting of employee data and information.
- HR Data and Analytics: Monitoring, consolidating and reporting on key HR metrics, such as turnover rates, employee engagement scores, and diversity metrics.
- Labour Law: Managing and overseeing labor relations across countries with the support of external local law firms. Developing and implementing labor relations strategies that align with the organization’s business goals and objectives. Ensuring compliance with labor laws, regulations, and reporting requirements.
- Expatriate and International Assignments: Design and manage the process of expatriate assignments and international transfers, including immigration, work permits, relocation support, and expatriate compensation packages. Collaborating with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure a smooth transition for employees working internationally.
- Organizational Efficiency: Identify and implement strategies, processes, and initiatives that enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of an organization’s operations.
- HR Policies and Procedures: Developing, implementing, and maintaining HR policies, procedures, and practices that comply with employment laws and regulations. Ensuring consistency and fairness in HR practices and fostering a positive work culture.
Profile:
- A minimum of 6 years of experience working in multinationals and/or HR Consultancy
- Law, Psychology or any other social University Background.
- Master in Human Resources desirable.
- Habituated to work with other cultures and nationalities, preferebly with Asian cultures.
- Project and people Management skills desirable.
- Hands on person with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple work streams simultaneously.
- Availabe to travel: Local 2 days monthly and internationally one time per quarter.
- Good oral and written communication skills in both English & Spanish
