Pernod Ricard Benelux is therefore developing new brands in this moment of consumption, such as Lillet and Malfy.We are looking for our next Benelux Apéritif Senior Brand Manager to join our Marketing Department and keep developing this business across Benelux.PURPOSEAs Senior Brand Manager you will have the full ownership of developing strategies that drive growth and brand equity in both The Netherlands and Belgium. You will deploy a plan engaging consumer around our brand platforms.RESPONSABILITIESBRAND STRATEGY

  • Responsible for the design, development, and implementation of the annual and 3-year brand plans for the brands on your scope, aligning with key stakeholders.
  • Translate the positioning, vision, and goals of the brand into actionable and relevant marketing activities.
  • Seek for synergies in planning with the Brand Companies and other Pernod Ricard market companies. (Key brands on scope: Lillet and Malfy)

BRAND OWNERSHIP

  • Full ownership of the brand, accountable for your results and be the point of contact towards all stakeholders.
  • Align timings with stakeholders, anticipate on bottlenecks and have advanced communication skills to make things happen.

ANALYTICAL SKILLS

  • Have the ownership of the P&L and accountability for the financial results of the brand.
  • Manage the A&P budget and decide for the most efficient and effective allocation.
  • Be up to date on the financial, market and media performance of the brand.

LEADERSHIP SKILLS

  • Guide and develop your Assistant Brand Manager Intern, with the ambition of making him evolve in the organization.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing.
  • Stakeholder management/cross-department collaboration
  • At least 1-5 years’ experience in an equivalent position within the FMCG market or a similar market is required to perform in this position. Previous Benelux experience is highly valuable to better understand the market.
  • Strong brand and consumer understanding, capable of designing brand positioning, capturing consumer insight and translating them into concrete, actionable, marketing plans.
  • Strong analytical & project management skills.
  • Strong brand sensitivity with a passion for trends and consumer understanding.
  • Think strategic and translates this into actionable plans.
  • Analytical skills and comfortable with working with numbers.
  • Preference for strong knowledge on PR, Influencers strategy, Digital and L3F (both on trade and off trade).
  • English, Dutch & Frency fluent spoken and written is a must.
  • Travel: up to 10% of the time.
  • The position is based in Brussels, Belgium but will require participation to events, meetings inside/outside Brussels or the country and occasionally outside office hours. Occasional travel abroad for international meetings will be required.
