Job DescriptionAre you the Demand & Supply planner we are looking for? Are you driven by our passion to give our customers the best possible Supply Chain experience there is? Then keep reading to see if this could be the next step in your career.We are now looking for a combined Demand & Supply planner to join our Supply Chain team in our Nordic head quarter in Copenhagen. On the Demand side you will ensure the right forecast to optimize production and secure the right volume, in close co-operation with the business. You will play an important role in driving the local S&OP process and confirm alignment on the demand plan between all stake holders. On the Supply side you will be the inhouse contact person towards local sales, our own production plants, and external vendors. You will play a key role in ensuring the right production plans to secure the right stock at the right time to meet demand. Furthermore, you will focus on continuous improvements of our Supply chain KPIs in close co-operation with the rest of the supply chain team.Your key responsibilities will be:
- Manage forecast on own product portfolio in close collaboration with local business
- Manage production and supply plans for own product portfolio
- Make sure service level for own product portfolio are met
- Improve forecast accuracy & forecast bias
- Facilitate the local S&OP process
- Monitor slow moving and potentially obsolete stocks & propose improvement actions
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of the supply process, procedures, and internal routines
Qualifications
- Min. 2 years of Supply Chain planning experience (preferably within FMCG) or newly educated with a SCM focused profile
- Experience of SAP ECC, SAP APO and Excel is a clear advantage
- Agility to manage diverse stakeholders
- Excellent communication skills
- Analytical and accurate mindset
- Eager to take ownership and initiative
- Structured and result driven
- Enjoys working in a dynamic environment
- Fluent in English and one Nordic language
