The Client Reporting Senior Specialist is responsible for gathering, compiling, and transforming data from custody operations and fund accounting services to create reports showing finalized or predicted Client activities. In this role you will master your technical skills using different applications to prepare the reports as well as perform quality check for more complex reports prepared by junior team members.You will have a chance to acquire custody and fund accounting knowledge and transfer it within the team, provide guidance and assistance for less experienced staff. You will secure the process by maintaining procedures and other process related documentation. Apart from your daily duties you will be involved in continuous improvement initiatives and various special projects focusing on standardization and automation of the reporting processes.Some of your key responsibilities include:Co-operate with your colleagues to meet all client reporting deliverables in accordance with procedures and controlsEnsure timely and accurate responses to internal clientsPromptly escalate sensitive/risk issues to managementEnsure procedures are being kept in good quality and risk drivenEnhance quality and efficiency of your work by identifying process improvementsEfficiently utilize BBH systems and tools to maximize productivitySupport work completed by junior team members about internal policies, procedures and systems as required.Participate or lead special projects as directed by Supervisor e.g.: new business onboarding, new product implementation, reports conversion from other locationContinually cross train with other colleagues to assist knowledge transfer and coverage during absences.What we offer:2 additional days added to your holiday calendar for Culture Celebration and Community ServicePrivate medical care for you and your familyLife InsuranceHybrid Working OpportunitiesProfessional trainings and qualification supportThrive Wellbeing ProgramOnline benefit platformContracts for an indefinite period of time with no probation periodDesired Qualifications:At least 2 years of professional experience in finance or similar field, where required knowledge and skills could have been acquiredAcademic degree, preferably in finance or economy related fields is a must in case of missing professional experience levelVery good knowledge of MS Office Tools is a must, with strong focus on MS ExcelGood command of EnglishHighly organized, detail oriented and proactive in roleProven ability to problem solving and recommending solutionsCapable of monitoring and completing a variety of assignments with proper priorityStrong verbal and written communication skillsWillingness and ability to work in a client-driven, deadline-oriented environment
