This trajectory has been boosted by a large number of referrals and key projects won in the banking, finance, energy, telecoms, insurance and transport sectors.This Project Manager position within the Operational Planning & Competencies unit.You’ll play a strategic end-to-end role across various projects, managing scope, timeline, budget, and quality. As the project owner, you will be the key point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring scope validation, defining staffing needs, and developing and overseeing implementation plans.
The ideal candidate brings both technical expertise and strong experience in software delivery project management.
You should excel in negotiation and communication, maintaining an overarching view while handling critical details, and possess a solid grasp of multiple project Management Frameworks (PM², PMBOK, SAFe, Agile).
A deep understanding of software development life cycles and DevOps architecture is also essential.Qualifications

• 5+ years in software delivery project management
• 3+ years in Agile/Scrum teams
• Experience with “buy and integrate” models and conducting RFPs
• 3+ years of experience within the railway industry
• Proficiency in Dutch, French, and English is required
