Job Description:DP World is looking for a Business Support Operations Analyst at our location in Tilburg, The Netherlands. You recognize the requirement for and support the implementation of corrective and preventive actions or action plans. Participate in Continuous Improvement Projects (CIP) and provide feedback with regards to corrective action plans, including required IT-enhancements. Besides analyzing the KPI’s and root causes provided by the Business Support Administration this includes the review of work instructions of the various departments within DP World to identify risks and opportunities that affect the business.About the roleHow you will contribute
- Internal and External Reporting (report/monitor SLA’s, (K)PI’s, quality metrics, efficiency control, MBR and QBR) to ensure best in class performance in term of cost and service is achieved.
- Internal and External communication regarding Business Support Control measurement, such as: score cards, specific customer analysis, customer reporting.
- Provide support the individual team members and other parties in an effective manner whilst remaining approachable and flexible to facilitate the achievement of personal & overall DP World goals.
- System, Customer and Vendor reconciliation and Root Cause Analysis.
- Provide back up and support to the Manager and to represent him/her in periods of absence (sickness, holiday, business meetings etc.) when required.
- Maintain Master Data and Business Intelligence.
- Support Training (including setup, maintain training material), Coaching, UAT and Projects.
- Create, Maintain and Control Documentation (process descriptions, work instructions).
- General support of our Manufacturing operations – monitor operations while updating customer information, with the main goal to meet set SLA’s and demanding quality standards. Report operational and technical issues without any delays using Jira (system).
What you will bring
- 2 years’ experience in a logistics or manufacturing environment, preferably in Customer Service Control.
- Diploma from secondary vocational education (MBO or MBO+) or higher.
- Proper knowledge of MS Office applications -particularly Excel and warehouse management systems (WMS) is a plus.
- Understand data, Marco’s in Excel, formula’s, coding.
- Minimum of 1 year experience in PowerBI, if you have experience with Click, this is a plus.
- Good communication and relationship building skills in English (spoken, reading, writing).
- Ability to work under pressure and work with changing priorities & deadlines.
- Process thinking and ability to translate improvements in actions and act as ambassador promoting these changes within the team.
