As an Electro-Mechanic Technician, you will be responsible for executing a diverse range of electromechanical maintenance tasks within our factory premises. Your primary focus will be on ensuring the seamless functioning of our machinery and equipment while adhering strictly to the company’s quality, safety, environmental, and health standards.A. Participation in the daily work distribution meeting.
B. Execute preventive maintenance work and corrective activities according to the schedule and maintenance planning.
C. Execute the assigned work in accordance with the company’s regulations and procedures.
D. Identify the resources needed to carry out the assigned tasks (spare parts, materials, services, inputs).
E. Correct use of the resources assigned (Tools and Equipment).
F. Apply the controls of Safety and Environmental Care necessary for the execution of tasks to ensure the integrity of the people.
G. Communicate to the supervisor the risks identified for the execution of the work.
H. Execute the assigned work following the existing procedures or instructions for their execution.
I. Inform the Supervisor of the progress of the scheduled work.
J. Notify the supervisor of any deviations observed in the activity.
K. Complete the assigned work order forms, as well as the associated protocols or reports that have been requested for the execution of their work.
L. Make the return of spare parts, components and materials originated from a change or repair in plant to ensure its proper classification or final disposal.
M. Ensure the correct classification of the waste generated by the work carried out.
N. Detect and propose opportunities for improvement in the execution of the activities.
O. Participate in the elaboration of work procedures or instructions for the tasks associated.
P. Identify and propose maintenance procedures following the policies and guidelines of the company.
Q. Follow-up the 5 S Methodology.Academic studies Level required: Technical studies – Electro – Mechanical degree

• +2 years of experience in maintenance related positions.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and manuals.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems which should include hydraulics, pneumatics and rotating equipment.
• Intermediated/Advanced knowledge of welding techniques.
• Knowledge of electrical systems including wiring diagrams and troubleshooting techniques.
• Good knowledge of 5S.
• Intermediate English knowledge
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of MS Office tools.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and environmental practices.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to report task progress and deviations effectively.
• Basic skills in PLC programming (Allen Bradley and/or TIA Portal) – Nice to have/not mandatory. De onderdelen van de drager (behuizing, kasten, afdekking, …) demonteren, vervangen of herstellen. De elektrische isolatie controleren en de oorsprong van stroomlekken opsporen. De opvolggegevens van interventies registreren en de informatie doorgeven aan de betrokken dienst. De voorwaarden en modaliteiten voor interventies aan elektrische installaties of uitrusting bepalen en het gereedschap klaarmaken. Een defect of storing van elektrische oorsprong of onreglementaire situaties lokaliseren en diagnosticeren. Voorbereidende tests uitvoeren voor het in werking stellen van de elektrische installatie of uitrusting
