  • Oversee the development and execution of HR strategies that align with regional and global business objectives.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, offering expert HR guidance and solutions to senior management and local leadership teams.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage the HR team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality HR services and support.
  • Drive initiatives in areas such as talent development, performance management, and organisational design.
  • Ensure compliance with local labour laws and regulations, while advocating for ethical HR practices.
  • Analyse HR metrics to inform strategic decisions and promote data-driven HR management.
  • Collaborate with global HR teams to ensure consistency in policies and practices across regions.

Key Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline; a Master’s degree is advantageous.
  • Minimum of 7 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial position.
  • Proven experience in multi-regional HR management and understanding of diverse cultural environments.
  • Strong people management skills with a demonstrated ability to lead and develop HR professionals.
  • Excellent knowledge of employment legislation and successful implementation of compliance initiatives.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on stakeholder engagement.
  • Proficiency in HR software and data analysis tools.

Preferred Skills and Attributes

  • Experience within the technology sector or similar high-growth industries is a plus.
  • Innovative problem-solver with strategic thinking abilities.
  • Adaptability to navigate complex and rapidly changing environments.
  • Self-motivated, with a proactive approach to addressing business needs and HR challenges.
  • Willingness to travel within the country and internationally as required.
