- Strong knowledge of AWS, GitLab, and Jenkins
- Deep expertise in DevOps and tools such as Kubernetes, Docker, and Terraform
- Proficiency in infrastructure design
- Scripting and programming experience (e.g., Bash, Python, Java)
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Self-management skills and strong analytical thinking
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
Dodatkowe atuty:
- Ability to lead technical projects with multiple team members
- Knowledge of monitoring and logging tools (ELK, Prometheus, Kibana, Datadog, Wiz)
- Experience with security tools

- Build and optimize tools for a DevOps-centered approach
- Develop and standardize team documentation
- Own and create technical roadmaps
- Engage across all levels of the organization to present innovations and recommend technologies
