At the same time, we are looking for characters with characters who complement their expertise and intelligence with personality and integrity.Digital Managed Services is seeking exceptional candidates who are looking for an exciting career as a Delivery Manager for Digital solutions delivered by Digital Professional Services (Kalypso).As a Delivery Manager, you will be part of our Managed Services team, owning operations and the day-to-day management of multiple projects, ensuring the quality of work produced meets the client’s business needs and priorities.The work is fast paced, demanding, and provides unparalleled exposure to unique opportunities. The learning curve can be quite steep at times, but our team will help you develop a broad set of skills and enable you to explore areas that are of interest to you. This position requires creative problem-solving skills, significant interaction with both team members and project stakeholders, as well as creating and maintaining appropriate project documentation for all parties.Responsibilities:
- Continuously maintains quality delivery on all support projects and services.
- Responsible for maintaining a good relationship with all clients.
- Handling the executional ambiguities with diligence and comes with workable solutions.
- Own the process and outcomes for resolving client issues.
- Managing the utilization of resources effectively among the support contracts.
- Generates & maintains various practice-level reports, records, and documentation of practice activities.
- Expected to help the resources in their career growth.
- Assist in the monitoring and scheduling of daily activities of support teams.
- Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules, and regulations.
- Collaborate with senior management and implement the organization expectation with the teams.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in engineering, business, or computer science, or 3+ years professional delivery experience.
- Demonstrated leadership and problem-solving skills.
- Strict attention to detail and collaboration capabilities.
- Demonstrated time management and prioritization skills with an eye for continuous improvement.
- Experience in one of the major cloud platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, GCP, etc.
- Confident decision maker when it comes to practice management.
- Basic understanding of business requirements and the process of translating them into well-engineered and integrated technical solutions; attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior consulting and support experience working within manufacturing and/or IoT domains
- Proficiency using Agile (Scrum, Kanban) and traditional project management principles and practices, with an ability to blend multiple methodologies as necessary based on project requirements.
- Familiarity with issue-tracking tools (i.e. Jira, Azure DevOps, Trello, ServiceNow, etc)
- Familiarity with roadmap and planning tools
- Demonstrable experience successfully leading varied, diverse and distributed teams
- Experience working with PLM and/or IoT systems is a plus.
- Understanding cloud platforms and cloud IoT tools is a plus.
