As the Construction Project Manager, you’ll spearhead the coordination among architects, design offices, and contractors from design inception to project delivery. Your role is pivotal in nurturing client relationships through meticulous project execution.

  • Lead the collaborative efforts among architects, design offices, and contractors from design, and implementation to project handover.
  • Engage in comprehensive project management, ensuring timely delivery within the defined scope and budget.
  • Foster robust relationships with clients, suppliers, and internal teams, embodying LCL’s commitment to client satisfaction and collaborative synergy.
  • Report to the Project Department Manager, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and client expectations.

  • Holds a degree in Civil or Industrial Engineering, complemented with substantial experience in project management.
  • Proficient in electricity, HVAC systems, and architecture fundamentals.
  • Exemplary organizational, leadership, and communication skills in Dutch, French, and English.
  • Adaptability to different communication styles, fostering effective interactions with diverse stakeholders.
