With over 7,000 students, our portfolio of undergraduate and postgraduate courses and postgraduate research represents the breadth of the creative industries, from art, design and fashion, to games, music, film and business.We are currently seeking an enthusiastic Senior Administrator who will play a key role in the Faculty of Screen, Technology & Performance. This exciting and varied role will provide agile administrative support across The Academy of Music & Theatre Arts, The Games Academy and The School of Film & Television as well as targeted areas of faculty growth.About YouThe ideal candidate will have previous experience of undertaking a wide range of administrative duties, be proficient to an advanced level in utilising Microsoft Office applications and be able to demonstrate an ability to take responsibility for tasks and deliver according to deadlines. This role requires a proactive and flexible approach.We are also looking for candidates with the following skills/experience:

  • Experience of providing administrative support across departments and functions
  • Stakeholder management and engagement
  • Advanced cross functional working (i.e. multiskilling)
  • Experience of managing projects and organising complex events
  • Coordination and management of committee meetings
