Zakres obowiązków:
- Responding to customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email (both outbound and inbound).
- Handling sensitive and confidential customer information responsibly.
- Providing proactive, patient, empathetic, and understanding customer service.
Oczekiwania:
- Fluency in Greek (C1 level) and good command of English (minimum B2 level).
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and local public holidays.
- The project operates from 09:00 to 18:00, 7 days a week, but you will work 5 days a week.
- Previous experience in customer service, call center, tourism, or airline industries is preferred.
