Overview

We are seeking an influential and visionary Chief Executive Officer to lead Pregnant Then Screwed, a high-impact charity dedicated to championing the rights of pregnant women and mothers in the workforce. Established in 2015 by Joeli Brearley, we work to end discrimination, provide support services, and drive systemic change to create a fairer future for working mothers.

Home-based, flexible.

Whilst we believe this is a full time role we are open to considering all flexible working options including co-leadership models and condensed or flexible hours.

This is an exhilarating time to join Pregnant Then Screwed. We are seeking a dynamic and passionate CEO to provide both external and internal-facing leadership, driving our mission to champion workplace equity and inclusivity.

As CEO, you will spearhead our campaigns, amplify our influence, and strengthen our financial sustainability. Working closely with the Board, team, and volunteers, you will drive our strategic vision, ensuring we remain connected to our beneficiaries while fostering an inclusive, supportive culture within the organisation.

We are looking for a candidate who has:

  • Proven experience in a CEO or senior leadership role
  • A track record of leading impactful campaigns and advocacy
  • Strong experience in fundraising and income diversification
  • Demonstrable commitment to equality, diversity, and inclusive culture-building
