The position
In this role, you will bridge business with IT by taking end-to-end responsibilities for the IT solutions supporting our receptions and guest handling.
Key responsibilities will include:
-Understand business requirements and translate these into actionable steps to drive projects within the business area
-Act as IT system owner delegate ensuring effective IT operations in collaboration with the IT system management team
-Align with business owners to establish and drive the solution strategies and roadmaps
-Define projects to support and develop business processes and obtain approval
-Own and coordinate project execution – to be driven by you, colleagues or externals parties.
Qualifications

The ideal person will bring the following:
-A relevant degree in IT, Technology, Business Administration or similar
-Several years’ experience in managing projects in digitalisation in IT or business development
-Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, enabling you to drive projects forward
-The ability to maintain oversight of other project managers and multiple projects, ensuring they run in tandem towards the common goal
-Fluency in both written and verbal English, Danish is also beneficial.
We expect you to take ownership of your areas and independently drive coordination and development to ensure strong collaboration and business impact. As a person, you will be self-driven with an agile mindset and the ability to adapt with ease as a project develops. This is a great opportunity to work closely with stakeholders at all levels in our organisation, and to get a deep understanding of the organisation and insights into the priorities and business processes in Corporate Facilities and Physical Security Operations.
About the department
In Corporate Facilities we are 350 employees, and we enable Novo Nordisk to focus on the core business by delivering simple and agile solutions for infrastructure, workplaces, security and facility services as well as a major building portfolio. We are highly dedicated and strive for operational excellence and set ambitious targets.
Our department, Digital Solutions, is part of Physical Security Operations in Corporate Facilities. We are 15 colleagues delivering and developing the IT solutions and infrastructure used across different areas mainly within physical security operations.
We invest significantly in developing our employees through sparring, feedback, and by giving a high level of responsibility to individuals. You will experience a continuously steep learning curve, and we are highly dedicated and strive for operational excellence and set ambitious targets.
