Do you already see yourself as part of this team? Apply!The TeamThe Application Support team (“AppSupp”) is a team of six problem-solvers: four of us are located in Bulgaria and two in Amsterdam. We act as the second line of defense in the Support Organization when a technical incident occurs. Our goal is to solve IT enigmas and analyze the impacts of incidents to ensure a total peace of mind for our stakeholders and clients.

- Provide production support for all existing applications in our Trading Environment
- Responsible resolution of production incidents that are beyond the Level 1 ability to resolve
- If a resolution cannot be found in due time, responsible for escalating the incident to the Level 3 Developers
- Responsible for collaborating with them to improve existing applications
- Responsible to investigate, troubleshoot and analyze incidents and to perform production changes to resolve issues
- Proactively detect incidents affecting our production environment
- Work with different teams to ensure any recurring technical issues is addressed and any training or documentation requirements are identified and implemented
- Work with various teams across the company and continuously improve knowledge and understanding
General
- 0-3 years of professional experience Comply with the Code of Conduct, which describes the behavior and culture expected by flatexDEGIRO.
- Excellent command of spoken and written English
- Good understanding of JAVA stack (linux is considered a plus)
- Good knowledge in SQL and understanding of relational databases
- Background in computer science, IT, engineering, or technology
- Willingness to work on rotating shifts and on-call
