Job description

  • Providing administrative support to the legal department
  • Assisting with research and preparation of legal documents
  • Maintaining and updating case files
  • Communicating with clients and colleagues on legal matters
  • Scheduling appointments and meetings for legal staff
  • Preparing legal correspondence and presentations
  • Supporting the legal department in court proceedings
  • Adhering to all company policies and procedures in the legal department

Broad legal function|Multiple Learning possibilitiesA successful Legal Assistant should have:

  • Prior administrative experience
  • Excellent organisational and administrative skills
  • Great knowledge of English in combination with either Dutch or French
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel
  • An understanding of legal terminology and principles
  • The ability to work well in a team and independently
  • A keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to tasks
