Overview

Join our dynamic Talent team at Publicis Groupe in London as a Talent Advisor, where you’ll be at the heart of nurturing and developing our most valuable asset—our people. This is a 12-month contract role within the Global Services Remit, offering you a chance to make a significant impact in a leading global media company.

As a Talent Advisor, you’ll be a pivotal support to our Talent Partner and Operations team, ensuring we maintain our high performance and continue to attract and retain top industry talent. You will be the first point of contact for a variety of HR-related inquiries, guiding employees through their journey with us.

Your responsibilities will encompass managing Employee Relations issues, spearheading engagement initiatives, and supporting performance management processes. You’ll also contribute to talent initiatives and change projects, working collaboratively to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

  • Build strong, sensitive relationships across all levels within the Talent team and wider business.

  • Develop coaching relationships with managers, enhancing their people management skills.

  • Manage and track employee relations issues, providing advice and training to managers.

  • Collaborate with Talent Operations to update policies and ensure data integrity.

  • Support salary review processes, conducting benchmarking exercises, and ensuring effective communication.

Qualifications

  • A motivated individual with a background in HR. We are considering people at HR Advisor levels.

  • Previous experience in managing mid-level ER casework

  • Excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering outstanding service.

  • Confident in managing your own meetings with stakeholders.

  • Experience with HR systems and a keen eye for detail are essential.
