Position summary
Guide B2B customers from our different strategic segments throughout their lifecycle, understand their specific needs and create sales possibilities. With your functional, service and sales expertise, you act as the customer’s privileged point of contact for Nespresso assistance. You create a nice partnership with them and become their trusted business partner.
A day in the life of a Sales and Customer Service B2B Specialist
Develop sales and customer knowledge

Develop in-depth knowledge of our customer segments, understand their specific needs and expectations – both spoken and unspoken – and create sales opportunities.

Manage outbound B2B campaigns for promotions and care to keep customers and maximize sales opportunities.

Provide impact-packed and tailor-made advice and information on products and services.

Analyze and understand customer history and activity, proactively identify needs, expectations and sales opportunities.
Provide back-office support to the B2B commercial team in the management of contract and customer data

Capture and continuously update contract, machine and customer data in the system.

Understand the business impact associated with creating and concluding customer contracts
Understand and resolve customer requests, through each contact point

Build a relationship with the customer by listening to his needs and quickly understanding the situation, respond with efficient and relevant solutions, in line with their expectations.

Responsible for making decisions relevant to the situation, always complying with our quality standards, procedures and compliance rules.

You understand the business context and know when to escalate a problem/situation to get the best solution for both the customer and Nespresso.
What will make you successful

Higher or university degree.
-
Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales and customer service.

You are bilingual (Nederlands/français) with a good level of English
-
You can work autonomously, and you have excellent planning and organizational skills.

You are customer focused and able to manage your priorities.
