The position
As a Warehousing Integration Manager, you will be responsible for one or more important warehouse integration projects.

Your main responsibilities include:

-Leading the assessment and integration of warehouse facilities during mergers, acquisitions, and expansion initiatives
-Acting as a key liaison between warehouse teams, project managers, and senior leadership, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives
-Collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize storage layouts, inventory management, and distribution processes
-Developing and implementing strategies to streamline warehouse operations, enhancing efficiency and minimizing costs
-Conducting thorough analysis of existing warehouse capabilities, identifying areas for improvement and modernization

Your role also involves driving the implementation of best practices and innovative solutions to enhance overall warehouse integration

Finally, as a member of the team, we will encourage you to contribute to the continuous improvement of our everyday work as well as more tactical initiatives.

Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you:

-Hold at least a bachelor’s degree in production, engineering, supply chain management or similar, coupled with practical experience in a comparable role
-Possess proven experience in logistics, supply chain operations, or business development
-Demonstrate excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, along with strong communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with cross-functional teams
-Bring project management experience, potentially with a focus on warehouse integration and optimization
-Showcase proficiency in both spoken and written English

It would be considered as a strong advantage if you have experience in the pharmaceutical industry.

On a personal level, you possess outstanding communication and collaboration skills, engaging adeptly with stakeholders at all levels and navigating complexities. You have a structured approach to work, efficiently handling issues, prioritising tasks, and driving performance. Additionally, you are an extroverted and curious person with a positive personality, fostering team collaboration and inspiring those around you.

About the Department
We are part of Product Supply, Sourcing Operations, who are responsible for the global inbound supply chain for packaging and raw materials to the production and clinical trials. Our area, Global Inbound Warehousing, is responsible for operating the two raw material warehouses in Kalundborg and Hillerød as well as planning warehousing capacities to meet future demands.

As a member of our team, you operate in a project environment with daily close coordination with colleagues. We value high energy and good mood, always helping each other when needed.
