The Position
As a Medical Sales Representative you will enjoy variety, autonomy, strong working relationships with customers, and the chance to promote a lifesaving drug. You will be empowered to lead, develop, and implement the strategy for your region with both autonomy and support from the Business Unit team members.

Your main accountabilities will be:

-To have an entrepreneurial approach and you will be expected to operate with a high level of autonomy.
-You are expected to demonstrate a high level of understanding of customer needs, anticipate and adapt action plans to maximise opportunities and address challenges.
-Work across different external stakeholders including but not limited to KOLs, physicians, pharmacists, and hospital management.
-Demonstrate cross functional team working across Diabetology and Obesity Business Unit and beyond to maximise the promotion and presence of Novo Nordisk products.
 

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to be highly organised and self-motivated, possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. You have a strong will to win and have a proven track record of building and maintaining access to a network of targeted customers in sales. 

You will also have:

-At least 2 years of experience, ideally in medical sales.
-Experience in diabetes, obesity or cardiology is advantage.
-University degree, preferably related to natural science or health care.
-Be a self-starter and be able to evaluate options and decide on your own with minimal supervision.
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
-Fluent Slovak language, and at least basics of English.
-Valid driving license and willingness to travel.
