DATA SCIENTISTResponsibilities:

  • Work as a part of cross-divisional CDMO Data Team, the forefront of data transformation of the company
  • Analyze big datasets (commercial & consumer oriented) in search for patterns and trends
  • Build models explaining impact of tracked activities (like media) on company performance in given areas (like brand awareness or sell-out)
  • Build statistical foundations for CRM database analytics, identify segments & behavior patterns
  • Work closely with parallel Database team on defining and delivering datasets for analytical purposes
  • Implement A/B testing frameworks and model monitoring processes, establish processes and tools for monitoring model performance and data accuracy
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, identifying data-driven opportunities (data driven business partnership)
  • Support data-centric projects, progressively learning advanced analytics methodologies
  • Present actionable insights with properly designed visualizations (delivered by parallel PowerBI team)
  • Foster data-driven culture and data-based decision making process in the organization
  • Experiment and demonstrate problem-solving attitude with cutting-edge technologies, algorithms and AI
  • Contribute to convincing the organization to adopt new technologies by showcasing their benefits over outdated methods

Requirements:

  • Master’s / PhD in a quantitative field is a must
  • Proven experience as a Data Scientist with a focus on model development of 3-5 years
  • Strong problem-solving skills, business acumen, curiosity and general hands-on mentality
  • Critical thinking, touch for details and quality obsession
  • Strong experience in Python, R, SQL or other equivalent languages
  • Familiarity with GCP environment
  • Previous experience with CRM not critical, yet appreciated
  • Advanced data visualization design skills and ability to translate complex data & statistics based topics into simple business language is a must
  • Experience with PowerBI optional yet appreciated
  • Fluent English is a must (international team)
