Specification Sales Representative sought by the windows division of a global, £multibillion plastics manufacturer with close to 200 locations worldwide, to cover their Midlands & South East region.
 
The Role:
As Specification Sales Representative, your responsibilities will include:

– Selling the company’s full range of window and door solution products for use in commercial developments / refurbishments
– Developing relationships with key architects, specifiers, developers, consultants and contractors
– Generating product / system specifications in line with targeted expectations
– Working closely with commercial fabricators and installers to defend specifications
– Developing, hosting and delivering technical presentations such as CPD seminars for architects and other construction professional

 
The successful Specification Sales Representative should demonstrate:

– A proven track record of sales success in the windows, doors, curtain walling or building envelope sectors
– Track record of specification sales
– Project led
– Knowledge of wind loadings and the fabric of a building
– A confident presentation performer
– Ability to interact with and draw upon a wide range of supporting services
