We pride ourselves on fostering a culture of continuous improvement and adaptability.Dentons Business Services EMEA is looking for a proactive and result-oriented Recruitment Administrator, who will be supporting our UK Recruitment team. This person will be primarily responsible for providing a full administrative support service to the UK Recruitment team.   • Create vacancies on the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) – co-ordinate internal and external job postings and advertising.
  • Originate and maintain data in the ATS and other systems to enable accurate reporting/metrics.
  • Maintaining all job descriptions and ensuring these are kept up to date and housestyle.
  • Schedule and coordinate high volumes of interviews with candidates, recruitment agencies, hiring managers, and interviewers as directed by the Recruitment Managers and Head of Recruitment ensuring all parties have the necessary information and demonstrating an awareness of different time zones.
  • Proactively liaise with multiple recruitment agencies and direct applicants regarding the interview process.
  • Follow-up with hiring managers and interviewers to ensure that the candidate feedback form has been completed and received by the Recruitment Managers and Head of Recruitment.
  • Provide regular updates to the Recruitment Managers and Head of Recruitment regarding the status of interview requests.
  • Arrange online psychometric exercises and behavioural preference questionnaires, track candidate progress and provide updates and reports to the relevant Recruitment Manager/Head of Recruitment of the results in a timely manner.
  • Process HR invoices, ensuring that all invoices are correctly coded, tracked and processed in a timely manner.
  • Ensure that all work assignments are completed within the service level agreements.
  • Producing offer letters and contracts for all candidates (permanent and fixed term employees).
  • Coordinate and produce terms and conditions for business, including assisting in running the annual exercise confirming terms held are up-to-date.

Requirements:Technical Skills

  • 1 year + experience of working in an HR department or recruitment agency.
  • Ability to work in English (English language level very strong B2 or C1).
  • PC literate with a good working knowledge of MS Office, e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Knowledge of Recruitment systems, and the ability to implement best practices in system usage.
  • Experience in managing high volumes of administration.
  • Ability to maintain clear record-keeping systems including databases.
  • Experience of working within a law firm, corporate environment, recruitment agency, or professional services organization would be preferable.
