  • Helping project leaders drive H&S culture and safety management system compliance within P&B projects.

  • To a lesser extent, development and maintenance of assigned H&S policy documents and tools held in our safety management system.

The role requires the successful candidate to:

  • Be a vocal advocate of H&S and have the passion to seek out and drive forward H&S initiatives, independently or as part of a team, with a goal of continually improving H&S for our colleagues.

  • Follow a process of continual professional development; being aware of, and in touch with any changes to relevant UK H&S legislation, Approved Codes of Practice and industry best practice standards.
