The role offers a great professional and personal development opportunity for the right candidate.This position acts as the Financial Performance Analyst for Global Surgical Robotics OU working on developing and implementing financial operational processes and analytics to help the business scale up in addition to strategic projects around profitability improvements, revenue and market modelling, inventory management process improvements. This position requires having close working relationships with Business Developer’s team, Commercial Excellence, Marketing, Operations, Finance Centers of Excellence, Controlling, Local country Finance and the Surgical Robotics Finance team.Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:
- Supporting and influencing key operational and strategic decisions
- Generating scenario analyses to advise on key business planning opportunities and trade-offs
- Appropriately Manage business risks and opportunities
- Conduct financial planning activities, including Rolling Forecast, AOP and Strategic Plan
- Effectively drive P&L margin improvements for Installed Base and Optimize cash flow (AP/ AR / Inventory and CAPEX)
- Collaborate with IHS OTI team, Leasing COE, Service & Repair and RST Operations to further improve processes that impact financials.
- Put in place analytics & reporting to measure profitability by Robot / Customer and understand the Cost to Serve for each Robot
Required Knowledge and Experience:
- University degree in finance, business or accounting.
- Minimum 3 years of professional finance experience.
- Interpreting, explaining and driving business performance.
- Experience with handling and structuring big data.
