Your role will collaborate with HR stakeholders to execute the Employee Life Cycle processes globally.”You will come from a background working in fast-paced complex organisations, ideally globally. You will oversee global HR operations on a daily basis while ensuring effective daily line management of the global HR admin team. You will be a natural collaborator and enjoy partnering with HR peers to develop and execute HR strategy and operations.Primary responsibilities for this role include (but are not limited to):
- Provide guidance and strategic direction to the Employee Lifecycle team
- Provide collaborative leadership style, with a consultative and solution-oriented approach to ensure excellent Service Delivery
- Promote an inclusive team environment
- Act as trusted advisor for the Employee Life Cycle for employees and stakeholders
- Understand business requirements and expectations, and how to align HR Services delivery with them
- Lead projects aimed at automating and harmonizing the administrative processes for the Employee Life Cycle
- Promote cross-functional collaboration to leverage effective and efficient end-2-end processing of the Employee Life Cycle transactions
- Participate in the Workday HR Transformation Project representing HR administrative requirements
- Identify and address current process challenges
- Work with the Project Team to provide solutions to address root causes of the process challenges
- Design and execute the future ways of working and processes, promoting best practice
- Ensure adherence to the internal procedures and employment laws
Key Requirements/ QualificationsYou will have demonstrable experience of:Essential
- Global or regional HR operational exposure
- Workday
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in line management to small / medium-sized teams – at least a year
