Business Analyst LendingYour role:
As a Business Analyst Lending, your focus will be at the interplay between business and technology, having and building a sound understanding of the business drivers and the capabilities of various technologies. You will work in the Lending Enterprise (Commercial Lending) cluster within the IT Systems / Lending & Insurance domain. You are an active member of the DevOps team with your primary focus on business analysis, but you are open to supporting basic activities of other specialists in a team (testing/development/production support).Responsibilities:

  • Team up with other business analysts to create specifications for a DEVOPS team, working in an international environment in the Banking domain
  • Eliciting and organizing requirements, translating, and simplifying business requirements to functional requirements, driving the design of the solutions while clearly communicating with clients, onshore and offshore teams to get the job done.
  • Participate in an Agile Scrum team with a biweekly sprint rhythm
  • Valid EU visa or passport is a hard requirement

What you will bring to the team:

  • University degree; MSc degree (preferably Business Administration, (Business) Economics, Computer Science, Management of Technology or similar).
  • 4-6 years’ experience in Business Analysis and/or Consulting or relevant project experience with a focus on the Banking and Finance domain (experience and background in commercial and consumer lending, leasing and financial subscription models is a strong differentiator).
  • Technology savvy, with a clear picture of where and how information technology can be used to run businesses better and different.
  • Knowledge and experience of case management tools, such as PEGA is an advantage.
  • Strong analytical skills and problem-solving skills.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability and willingness to travel and work at client offices.
  • Professional fluency in English.
