The Role:
- Inspire and Engage: Deliver stimulating and differentiated Science lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4, fostering a deep understanding of scientific principles and their real-world applications.
- Curriculum Expertise: Contribute to the planning and delivery of a dynamic and enriching Science curriculum that caters to a range of learning styles and abilities.
- Practical Skills: Develop students’ practical skills through engaging experiments and investigations, encouraging scientific inquiry and critical thinking.
- Pastoral Involvement: Play an active role in the pastoral care of students, supporting their well-being and academic progress.
Candidate Profile:
- Qualified Teacher: Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a genuine passion for Science education.
- Subject Mastery: Demonstrate a strong understanding of Biology, Chemistry and Physics up to KS4.
- Engaging Educator: Employ innovative teaching methods to inspire and motivate students of all abilities.
