As a Senior Associate in the EMEA Marketing Strategy team, you will develop and execute marketing strategies that align with J.P. Morgan Payments’ global and regional priorities. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and ensure our marketing efforts are impactful and measurable.
Job responsibilities
- Develop and oversee the execution of the EMEA marketing strategy to support sales teams in winning new business and deepening client relationships
- Collaborate with key stakeholders and internal marketing partners to create and optimize innovative, cohesive campaigns
- Present marketing outcomes and insights to business stakeholders, using data to inform future strategies
- Establish and execute a scalable approach to market initiatives
- Lead process improvement initiatives to enhance marketing efficiency and effectiveness
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills
- Relevant B2B marketing experience with a proven track record in multichannel campaign development and optimization
- Ability to design data-driven integrated marketing campaigns
- Strong knowledge of the full marketing mix and optimization strategies
- Demonstrated ability to build collaborative relationships across various teams and functions
- Experience in regional project execution and navigating complex organizations
- Exceptional communication, influencing, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Financial Services and/or Payments experience required
- Understanding of the payments industry is essential
