In its role, it also supports our professional family in entities in maintaining their Security posture and respond and coordinate responses to crisis.This is accomplished through four strategic levers:Safe: It is about our people, have them ready to face Security challenges including third parties, health professionalsSecure: Secure the business of today and tomorrow, by increasing Security effectiveness on a risk-based approach for all entities.Resilient: Enhance anticipation, detection and reaction capabilities in case of events & Security by designSimple: Simplify, converge and automate our services and activitiesThe “G-PSS” team is Group Physical Security and Safety (G-PSS)The “G-PSS” team oversees:· Physical Security and Safety strategy and framework· Physical Security and Safety controls which are integrated in the overall Group Security Control FrameworkOur missions are to:· Design and produce policies and guidelines.· Support entities’ Security teams by creating and adapting tools, templates.· Support entities’ Security teams with an adapted training.· Support entities and business lines with relevant Threat monitoring.· Support entities and Group Crisis Management team in case of PSS major incident or crisis.· Advise entities’ Security teams in case of need, to implement Group Security guidelines or design any process or procedure needed to protect Group physical assets.Our goals are to:· Frame the Safety of our employees wherever they work from.· Protect our physical assets against insider and outsider threats.· Warn the leadership and Security teams in case of upcoming threats (geopoliticals, criminals, etc.).· Support the business for any need within PSS scope.Team structure: It is a team of 8 persons FTE.Job PurposeThe Senior Security Professional will lead and support the development and implementation of a global Security strategy, ensuring that risks are mitigated and the organization remains at theforefront of best practices. This role involves overseeing physical Security, Travel Security and acting as a subject matter expert (SME) across all level of the organization.Key responsibilities· Strategic development and implementation:Ø Develop and implement a global Physical Security approach.Ø Support the continuation and improvement of the Group Travel Security framework.Ø Oversee the creation and implementation of Security policies, guidelines, executive protection, intelligence team, information Security, resilience, standard).· Operational support:Ø Act as the central point of contact for Travel and Security.Ø Manage the deployment of Travel Security and Intelligence tools.Ø Oversee and guide threat monitoring activities.Ø Conduct global assessments of entities for Physical Security and Travel Security.Ø Provide direction, expertise, and coordination for critical incidents and crisis management.· Training and development:Ø Lead the development and training of personnel involved in Security.Ø Enhance the Security culture among employees and management.Ø Create and oversee tailored Travel Security contents.· Stakeholder engagement:Ø Liaise and support internal and external stakeholders, including Security managers, HR, risk management, internal control, legal functions and external Security agencies.Ø Monitor and react quickly to a changing worldwide Security landscape.· Data management and reporting:Ø Collect and consolidate data to monitor Security performance.Ø Provide dedicated threat intelligence reports to entities and business lines.Ø Benchmark Travel Security and Security practices.Required competencies· Physical Security:Ø Corporate Security management, including Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC), Travel Security and incident/crisis response.Ø Executive protection.Ø Monitor and analyze the international threat environment using OSINT.Ø Create monitoring and alerting processes.Ø Rapidly brief stakeholders on country-specific situation or situation awareness.Ø Experience in healthcare Security (optional).· Project management:Ø Use leadership and teamwork to achieve objectives.Ø Coordinate activities within the Group Health and Safety team.Ø Organize and document actions and information.Ø Prioritize actions regarding risks and objectives.Soft skills and behavioral competencies· Leadershipo Create an environment for developing and fostering leadership excellence.o Effectively communicates group goals and strategy.o Recognizes and mentor potential leaders.· Team worko Interact effectively with the Group Physical Security and Safety team members and global Security community.· Problem solvingo Recommends solutions relevant to the complexity, risk and magnitude of problem.· Planningo Plans up to 2 years ahead in accordance to reach Group objectives.o Provides prioritized action plans in line with objectives.o Ability to manage action plans, review progress and make adjustments where required.· Decision makingo Advises on decisions regarding strategy, policy, and structures.o Quickly assimilate and integrate new information for informed decision making.QualificationsQualification· Educationo Master’s degree in International Relations, with specialization in Security (preferred).o Relevant technical qualifications in Security or a related field.· Certificationo CPP, PSP or CSMP (preferred)o CISM (preferred)· Experienceo Over 10 years of experience in Physical Security.o Experience in Intelligence and Threat Monitoring.o Over 3 years of experience in Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC).Languages· Fluent in English is a necessity (Business Language will be English)· A third language (French or Spanish) would be an advantage (preferred)Work location:· Work locationØ Madrid or Barcelona with regular travels (less than 20%) including to high-risks locations.· Work structureØ Reporting to the Group Physical Security and Safety Executive Manager.
