Work Experience – Distribution in Varese, Italy

A Day in the Life:

The intern will support the designated Team, developing his/her skills, competences, and knowledge, participating in specific Area project. An intern is a trainee who has signed with the Company for a brief period to gain work experience, occasionally some university credit.

This role is a supportive one, with a potential impact on productivity and efficiency of a Team.

What You’ll Do:

• “Shadowing” the mentor as he/she performs daily duties, observing his/her activities, and learning what the role entails via indirect experience. Establish and manage an Executive Protection program; serve as the primary security point of contact for the Executive Suite.

• Support in administrative tasks and in the management of department processes, performing clerical duties, updating database, creating PowerPoint presentations and drafting reports. Coordinate with field Corporate Security to mitigate and manage security incidents.

What We’re Looking For:

• Economics/Business Study/Computer Science Bachelor’s Degree

• Interest in automotive market;

• Able to critically review and analyze data and other information;

• Write clearly and concisely for varied purposes and audiences;

• Work accurately at a fast pace and under tight deadlines;

• Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills and develop productive working relationships.
