You will join us in taking charge of verification and test automation of embedded software solutions. This involves specifying our functional tests and verifying correct behavior of our signal processing algorithms, wireless protocols and operating systems.You will join the Test Development team that consists of 10 Developers and 4 part time students. The team works with all functional tests of the firmware and continuously develops tests, test frameworks and test systems, while maintaining and optimizing the execution in our pipelinesYou will, as part of one of our Agile scrum teams, be an integral part of completing the product feature development by focusing on the implementation of test automation for new features and technologies, as well as integrating the tests in our test systems and pipelines for firmware tests.Working in scrum teams creates a unique multitude of technical areas to try out and excel in, as well as potentially taking on coordinating roles in our Agile Release Train.Your contribution is appreciated, and you will:

  • Oversee the entire verification process from specifying, planning and conducting tests to analyzing and reporting your findings directly to the developers
  • Verify software functionality, ensuring internal requirements are met and standards and regulations are followed
  • Review and assess software requirements and design documentation
  • Report on software development projects, review and follow up on test reports
  • Administrate test cases and test execution, ensuring coverage and traceability

To succeed in the role, we imagine that you have:

  • A degree in computer science, engineering or equivalent
  • Experience with software testing and verification
  • Experience in implementing test automation using C# or other OO programming languages
  • Ability to timely test execution and development in a demanding environment
  • An enthusiasm for creating intelligent test solutions and environments
  • You may have technical knowledge of wireless protocols, hardware/software integration or experience with DevOps.
  • Good communication skills, enabling you to effectively collaborate across the organization
  • A systematic approach with a great sense of detail.
  • Professional English skills, both spoken and written
